This is an Andalusian holiday home on a hilltop offering spectacular views and surrounded by 4000 square metres of land planted in avocados, olive groves and vineyards. The cottage is 70 square metres with a lawn in front and a garden area that slopes up covered in rose bushes and fruit trees. The swimming pool is behind the house and is open all year as well as a covered porch where you can enjoy magnificent views of both the mountains of the Almijara Natural Park and the picturesque whitewashed village of Frigiliana with its history of three cultures. The Mediterranean Sea and the coast of Nerja serve as the perfect background to complete the stunning scenario. This is a one story house that is newly built and the owners have chosen quality materials to create a space of comfort and good taste. The dining room is decorated with rustic furniture and features a fireplace for winter and the well equipped kitchen opens to it on one side. There's a bedroom with a double bed, a second bedroom with twin beds and both are cheery and colourful.

Location: we are a mere two kilometres from the charming Andalusian village of Frigiliana which features shops, services and where you can taste the rich local cuisine in any of the numerous tapas bars and restaurants. Frigiliana is an old village of Moorish origin that is the best preserved in the province of Malaga. Its winding streets are intriguing while the charming nooks and plazas create an ambience of exotic beauty. From the balconies and terraces of the houses you can admire the lush greenery of the surrounding fields with the deep blue sea in the background.

Frigiliana has a lively nightlife with bars, live music, rock concerts and jazz. Friday is market day in the Plaza of Three Cultures. We are about 7km from Nerja with its great beaches and its famous caves and about 5km from the Almijara Natural Park, the Sierra de Alhama and Tejeda, which offers numerous outdoor activities such as guided hikes, horseback riding, mountain biking, quads or moto cross. There are golf courses within 20km and Malaga with its international airport is 60km away.
