This spacious and beautifully designed three-bedroom house is located in south London in Camberwell, next to Denmark Hill train station. It comes with modern furniture and appliances and it’s spread across 3 floors. The home features 1 super king size bed and 2 double beds. The home is currently for sale so there could be viewings during your stay. We provide a daily tidying service at 10am for all guests free of charge to keep the home in perfect condition.

This lovely home has been recently redecorated in a trendy, modern style, with new furniture and interiors. The home is spread across three floors with access on ground floor. The ground floor features a spacious and bright living area with comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining room is connected to the living area and offers seats for all guests. Next to it, guests will find a big kitchen, fully stocked and ready to be used. The kitchen opens up directly to the cosy rear patio. The master bedroom with a super king size is located on the first floor and it sleeps 2 guests. Guests will also find a bathroom with shower on this floor and the private terrace, ideal to relax after a long day exploring London. The other 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor and come with double beds comfortably sleeping 2 guests each. One bedroom comes with an en suite bathroom with bathtub. All mattresses are comfortable and all bathrooms are clean and neat. The home features high-speed WiFi throughout and plenty of space to get some work done. The home has just had an amazing renovation and is for sale. Because of this, the home must be prepared for viewings, so a cleaner will tidy the home free of charge every morning at 10am, except Sundays and the day of your check out. We’ll always let you know when a viewing is booked, typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes. The nightly rate of the home is discounted as thanks for being accommodating.

You’ll have access to the apartment at all times. Because the apartment comes with smart locks, you’ll be able to check in any time after 3pm, but please be mindful of noise after 9pm.

Set in a residential area, this home is located in South London in Camberwell, next to the King’s College and Maudsley hospitals. The area has many grocery stores, restaurants, and cafes in easy reach. The home is in a quiet and safe part of town, but offers easy connection via train and bus to London’s many diverse neighbourhoods. The home itself is on a quiet residential area surrounded by other family homes, parks and cafes!

London is well connected by train stations, as well as buses, and the property is in a residential area. The home sits closest to Denmark Hill train station and it has plenty of bus stops in easy reach.

Please note the 10am daily tidy is an essential part of staying in this home. If you’re looking to get up bright and early to make the most of the city, or your kids won’t let you sleep in, you will find this home and the daily tidy perfect for your stay. We’ll always let you know when a viewing from the estate agent is taking place. Typically there are no more than three viewings a week, lasting around 10 minutes and usually in the middle of the day. There are no viewings on Saturdays after 4pm or on Sundays, so your relaxing time won't be interrupted. The daily tidy is free of charge, and what’s more, if there’s a viewing during your stay that leads to an offer, we will refund you the full cost of one night as a thank you! The home is spread across multiple levels and guests who have difficulties with stairs may find it hard to access the whole home. The home has lots of natural light and is beautifully bright throughout. Travel cots can be provided upon request but guests will have to bring their own linens.

Please, no parties or smoking. Please be respectful of the neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 9pm. If these rules are violated we will charge guests to cover the security call out fee and any additional expenses to cover their misbehaviour. By staying in this home you are agreeing to the daily tidying service, and accommodating viewings as requested. This home is cosy, captivating and a pleasure to stay in.
