As the name suggests, The Reserve at Town Center Resort is a small, exclusive, gated community. The 94 detached, single storey homes that make up The Reserve are finished in soft pastel colours, and the roads are lined with palm trees, to create that holiday feeling immediately you drive up the 400 yards long, tree lined driveway and through the imposing gates.
The community is set in a conservation area and is built along the banks of a lake. The water retention pond in the centre ensures that all but four or five homes back on to either water or conservation.
