Authentic self catering cottage [Duplex Gallery with Balcony - Sleep 7] is located in the eastern part of Slovenia in the destination Thermal Pannonian Slovenia in the Lower Sava Valley region (Slovenian: Posavje), more precisely in the Municipality of Brežice in a small rural village Ribnica, away from tourist crowds . This self catering cottage is close to the largest thermal-SPA complex with swimming pools and slides in Slovenia, in a quiet environment not far from the golf course around the historic Mokrice Castle. You have 3 kilometers to the highway and from there you can easily reach all known tourist destinations in Slovenia, Italy or Croatia.

Located on the 1st floor, Duplex Galery is approximately 71 m2 in size and offers an exceptional view of the carefully tended garden and meadows from its own 16 m2 balcony. The accommodation comprises a larger common area - a living room with two sofa beds, an LED TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a dining area and more. The adjoining bathroom with shower and toilet and a separate room where the wardrobe is stored and where there is a washing machine and dryer, offers everything you need for longer stays. From the living room, a wooden staircase leads to the gallery, where there is a bedroom with a large double bed and three single beds. Duplex Galery is equipped with bed linen, blankets, sheets and towels. In fact, ready-made beds are waiting for you, you only need to inform the exact number of guests.

The cottage is air-conditioned and heated by electric convection radiators for colder days, making it suitable for all days of the year. Drinking water flows from the tap, and there is enough sanitary hot water for all guests. Access to the high-speed wireless internal is free and unlimited in and near the cottage.

Duplex Galery with Balcony is located on the 1st floor above the ground floor, above the apartment for 4 people and has a private entrance. The balcony is equipped with garden furniture, a parasol and five garden loungers. In the garden there is a large wooden table and benches and a private outdoor grill with all necessary equipment. The cottage is not fenced but is secluded in the heart of nature and is therefore suitable for children and dogs who stay for free. There are two swings and a hammock between the trees. A little lower in the garden there is a common open fireplace where you can hang out late into the night. Private parking space for all guests is located in front of the cottage and there is enough space for four cars.

Please note that the cottage can be reached from the two motorway exits EXIT32 (Čatež ob Savi) and EXIT33 (Jesenice na Dolenjskem). If you are traveling in a tourist peak from the direction of Ljubljana- Zagreb, it is best to use EXIT32 and continue along the regional road, which runs parallel to the highway. If you are traveling from Croatia from the direction Zagreb - Ljubljana and you are not an EU citizen, you must use the international border crossing on the Bregana / Obrežje motorway, where after 400 meters you stop at the Petrol service station, buy a motorway vignette and leave the motorway immediately behind the petrol station. If you are traveling from Croatia from the direction Zagreb - Ljubljana and you are an EU citizen, you can use a small international border crossing, where there are usually shorter waiting times, outside the Bregana naselje / Slovenska vas motorway, where you continue 4 kilometers along the regional road to Ribnica village. the road sign points to our cottage. Bicycles are available for rent in the town of Brežice, but we must warn you that the area is hilly and that you must be in good cycling condition or you must rent an electric bicycle. In addition, the cottage offers free Wi-Fi and a travel bed for small children.

Year-round thermal pampering and SPA on pools and slides with summer and winter thermal riviera is 7.5 kilometers away. Within a radius of 10-15 minutes by car you have the opportunity to experience interesting local hiking and biking trails through the forest and vineyards, visit tourist farms with their own local organic gastronomic offer, visit historical castles, Posavje Museum, zoo, underground spaces, where bottled wine is stored, local wine cellars, canoeing down the river and ponds. A small local shop and a small restaurant are 2 and 3 kilometers away. Larger restaurants and shopping malls are 8 km away.

You can also join organized local excursions such as exploring the old town in a nearby town by visiting the castle museum, wine tours and more.
